AV requirements for presentations

I conduct Powerpoint presentations and travel with my own laptop. You will need to supply the following additional items: -

A data projection unit

Large screen to suit audience size - example 8 x 6 ft (max 80 people) 12 x 9 ft (approximately 150 - 200), 14 x 10 ft (2 screens needed for 500 people)

C.D Player (For audiences over 50 delegates) or output lead into sound system

Clip on label microphone if over 40 delegates

2 small tables for data projection unit and resource table (If venue does not have a ceiling data projector)

For a workshop I may require a white board or flip chart, TV and VCR.
